SDLT Tax is brought to you by MJS Tax, a leading independent tax advisory firm, specialising in property tax valuations founded by Michael Brownsdon.

At SDLT Tax, we are the experts in Stamp Duty Land Tax. We know the ins-and-outs of the complex Stamp Duty regulations, categories and rates, allowing us to easily navigate the tax landscape to identify savings for you.

With a background in capital allowances and property tax, our intimate knowledge of how to value chattels, fixtures and property for tax purposes makes us able to easily and efficiently identify areas where you may have overpaid - and we give you all the tools you need to secure a Stamp Duty refund from HMRC.

All SDLT Tax’s activities are regulated by RICS (the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), we are registered with the Chartered Institute of Taxation for the purposes of Anti-Money Laundering Legislation, and we are fully compliant with all current tax legislation in the UK. We will never condone or encourage tax evasion in any capacity
